I’ve got a quick update: starting this Sunday, the Jacked Nerds Weekly Newsletter will officially be moving to Substack. Here’s what that means for you:

I’ve decided to move to Substack for a few reasons:
It’s a better home for Jacked Nerds. Substack gives us a clean, dedicated space for all past and future issues, plus guides and workout programs—all in one place.
It gives us a wider community. Beyond newsletters, Substack has a built-in social platform that makes it easier to engage with like-minded readers and writers.
It provides a smoother reading experience. Whether on desktop or the Substack app, browsing the archive and reading new issues is really seamless. I’ve spent the past couple of weeks migrating all past content, so you can dive in anytime.
