🤓 My Favourite Nerdy Thing of the Week
This week a friend put me onto Split Fiction - a co-op action-adventure game where two players have to team up to tackle various challenges. I thought the premise is super interesting - one player’s in a sci-fi storyline, and the other’s in a fantasy world, all tangled together in what looks like some type of parallel multiverse?
The reviews are 🔥 (no shock - it’s from the creator of It Takes Two). Although, I do need to find someone to play with, because… let’s just say my wife and I are not on the same level when it comes to gaming 😆.
If you’ve played it, hit me up - I want your take!
🍖 My Favourite Food Find of the Week
I’ve been eyeing these Mush Overnight Oats at Costco for a while, and I finally gave them a shot. They come in three flavours, have a pretty clean label, and the macros aren’t bad. Unlike the ones you can make at home, this is not a protein powerhouse (just 6g per cup), but the real appeal here is convenience. Great for a quick breakfast or a grab-and-go snack when you’re in a rush.
What surprised me most was the texture. For something pre-packaged, it’s got a nice bite - not mushy at all, and the flavour’s on point.
Snapped a few pics below if you’re curious.

Apple Cinnamon was by far my favourite, the one with the most distinct flavour profile.

30g+ carbs in a grab & go format makes for a great pre-workout snack.

May not be the most appetizing shot but the texture was definitely on point 😋
I hope you’re getting real value from this newsletter!

🧠 Final Thought
Remember, the success to your fitness and habit goals is a solid, repeatable system.
Meal prep is that system - something you can build on, apply consistently, and scale up over time to move you toward your goals.
Start small. Start scrappy. Make incremental changes, and iterate until great.
Catch y’all in the next one! ✌️
